I enjoyed the spacious suite with a fantastic soft king-size bed. The breakfast spread amazed me with a great variety of local and western dishes. I loved the little swing on the balcony. It made for a cozy spot to relax. The pool's ambiance was beautiful, especially during sunset. The noise from the restaurant's kitchen below my room was intrusive during the day was nice. Some bugs were a nuisance in my room, particularly around the curtains. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall atmosphere and services stood out.

A four-star hotel by country classification, and rightly so. From the friendly reception to the overall impression, with a beautiful roof pool, everything was just right. Centrally located. Recommended without restrictions.
No complaints whatsoever.

Fabulous rooftop pool, central location, organized tours with reliable drivers
Air conditioning too cold without clear control options!!! Disturbing noise from nearby dogs barking throughout the night!!! Prepare for longer tour times due to multiple hotel pickups and drop-offs!!!

The feel of the place was very nice and the staff were always helpful. They can provide all the services you need outside of the hotel as well. Not fantastic, but very solid.
The room wasn't as clean as it could have been and the shower leaked a little.

Breakfast with Asian food, great coffee and omelettes made to order. Delicious breakfast and good-sized, brand-new rooms. Fantastic location, very nice area, short walk to Angkor Wat on the horizon, the busstation and decent restaurants for expats and tourists.

The staff were really nice and helpfull. Good knowledge of the English language and really helpfull in arranging vehicles of transportation for wherever you want to go
The street where the hotelis situated is kind of dark and dodgy, but this in itself says nothing about the hotel, which was great. Breakfast is free; simple toast with butter or jam and eggs, nothing too fancy

Helpful staff, good location - near center, but more quiet street, elegant interior, nice rooms, feels expensive, but costs not so much according to Western standards. Breakfast on rooftop with panoramic views. Excursions organized by hotel. Would stay there again.
The only negative thing about this hotel I could say is fellow guests in nearby rooms. Perhaps locals? Many children, acting loudly without respect to other visitors. But it's a lottery. Ask for room not on the ground floor, as crowds like to hang out in the lobby :)
